
In memory of the late Dr Michael Mosley, I am committing to going on a 5km walk every day for an entire year.
These walks are being documented on Strava (see the Sport section of this website for sign up details).
Dr Mosley was an exemplary communicator, making the latest published research related to health and lifestyle available and accessible to the general public.
I would highly recommend taking the time to listen to his “Just one thing” podcast – available on Spotify and Apple podcasts as well as the BBC.
